$31.25 - $35.80
Per Hour + Shift Loadings (15%-25%)
Position Overview
Join a state-of-the-art automated bakery and food processing facility in Perth Eastern Suburbs (Canning Vale). Operators ensure continuous filling lines, monitor carton sealers, inspect batch codes, and maintain strict sanitation schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor high-speed product flow on conveyor lines.
• Replenish packaging materials, film reels, and carton stock.
• Conduct periodic weight checks and record batch quality documentation.
• Perform CIP (Clean In Place) and sanitisation during product switchovers.

Skills & Experience Requirements
• Prior experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• High regard for personal hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work rotating shift rosters (Morning / Afternoon / Night).

Required Licences & Certifications
Food Safety Certificate (Food Handling Level 1) desirable.
